Lee Pooley (BCU Level 5)

Lee Pooley has been working in the outdoor industry for over 17 years and has gained a vast amount of experience coaching and leading many expeditions. Whether it be on the sea, white water or journeying by canoe Lee has a passion for developing people skill and understanding for the sport he is so involved in.

Jo Nosworthy (BCU Level 2)

My love for paddling has taken me on some fantastic adventures, such as sea kayaking around the Isles of Scilly to white water kayaking in Switzerland and the French Alps. I love to encourage and help others to enjoy the sport and I'm delighted to be part of the Academy team.

"Having progressed from introduction to Level 2 coach in two years with the academy I should like to encourage others to follow there paddling passion and see where it takes them".

Keith Putman (BCU Level 3)

I started off doing on an outdoor instructors course at Bicton college and since then I have been paddling and coaching for 10 years. Paddling has taken me all over Europe and the UK.

I have worked in many outdoor centers in the UK and abroad working with a variety or groups from 8 year olds to adults. More recently I have worked for a college delivering outdoor education and for company's that provide intensive instructor training courses. I enjoy coaching a variety of canoeing disciplines and I also love climbing.

Rosy Dosy
